We reclaim surplus beer from local breweries and distill it into bold, nuanced spirits that speak to both creativity and conservation. Each bottle we produce carries the soul of Connecticut and the story of what happens when tradition meets innovation.
Charred
Charred is made from malt-forward, local craft beers like porters, stouts, and brown ales. It's aged on local birch and oak staves and finished in second-use whiskey barrels.
Espresso Liqueur
Introducing the rich, bold, and locally crafted Connecticut Distilling Espresso Liqueur — exclusively available in our tasting lounge. Indulge in the perfect fusion of premium espresso and smooth vodka, made right here in Connecticut.
Fort Hill
We utilize a unique aging process using local, sustainably sourced wood, and then finish this amazing bourbon in craft stout beer barrels from our brewery partners.
Waterville
This Crisp, smooth vodka is distilled four times then mellowed over local sugar maple charcoal.
Blueberry Fields
We hand pick the finest, freshest blueberries for our signature rum. It's fresh, vibrant, and full of blueberry flavor. It's perfect in your favorite rum cocktail, like a blueberry mojito or a mule.
Drops
DROPS is a unique spirit distilled from IPAs - with a touch of hop flavor, this spirit is fantastic on the rocks or mixed in your favorite cocktail.
