At Connecticut Distilling, our mission has always been simple: craft bold spirits with character, creativity, and care. But this year, we set out to elevate something just as important as the spirits we bottle — the experience we offer to the people who walk through our doors.

After months of refining our process, renovating our visitor flow, crafting new tasting elements, and listening to the feedback from our community, we’re excited to introduce the newly re-imagined Connecticut Distilling Tour Program — now offered every Saturday.

A Tour Designed Around Curiosity, Craft, and Connection

Our revamped tour is a guided journey into how we transform ingredients into spirits that feel truly original. Guests now enjoy:

• A behind-the-scenes look at our production floor

See the stills, tanks, brite tanks, barrels, and the full distilling environment where our spirits come to life.

• The story of upcycled spirits: how we turn local brewery beer into world-class distillates

Our sustainable “beer-to-spirit” method is something unique in Connecticut, and the tour now highlights this process with brand-new educational elements.

• A guided tasting of our signature lineup

Every tour now includes a curated tasting of house favorites, such as our bourbon and rum, as well as seasonal or limited-edition releases you might not find anywhere else.

• New sensory components

Learn how aroma, temperature, and aging influence craft spirits, with hands-on elements visitors can smell, observe, and taste.

Starting now, Connecticut Distilling will host public tours every Saturday, making it easier than ever for guests to plan their visit, bring friends, or add our distillery to their weekend adventures around Connecticut.
